Jennifer has been a cornerstone of M2 Systems since 1996, bringing her extensive expertise to the role of Director of Integration. In this position, Jennifer leads the application integration efforts for a wide range of customer projects, delivering tailored computer automation solutions that address complex business challenges in a variety of industries. Jennifer’s valuable experience with industry standards include ISO, ANSI X12, HIPAA, and EDI. She has helped dozens of customers deploy enterprise solutions in finance, healthcare, logistics, and transportation.
With a strong focus on data analysis and problem-solving, Jennifer excels in managing change and gathering configuration requirements, particularly for the healthENGIN© All-Payer EDI product. Her meticulous attention to detail has been instrumental in ensuring successful system platform upgrades and the seamless implementations across numerous deployments.
