Support Services – Getting the Most Out of Your Investment

At M2, providing superior services and support through your entire product life cycle is simply standard operating procedure. We are able to help you plan, configure and install our products and we stay involved with any required training, support and on-going customization. It is our goal to get your software up and running fast, and then to make sure that it keeps operating as expected.
Installation
Assessment - Prior to the actual installation of our products we perform an in-depth evaluation of our client's IT environment. Once the environment is reviewed and certified, our team of installation experts will quickly install the components of your M2 Solution and ready it for configuration by our Technical Services team.

Training - Our training program is designed to foster product self-sufficiency. Attendees will receive training that includes technology overview, use of all product configuration tools, methods for definition of business rules and edits, best practices for the creation of maps and translations and other tips and techniques. Training classes are established to meet your specific scheduling needs and can be held at our headquarters location or at your site.
Customization
Configuration - Our Technical Services group handles the actual configuration and testing of your M2 Solution leading up to and through your actual go-live. This team is focused on the definition of business rules, trading partner profiles, interfacing to external systems, mappings and transactions, routing and distribution and the administration of a wide variety of protocols, standards, formats and transactions.

Coding - Our Engineering team is available as required to create any customer enhancement that might be required to handle unique, customer-driven scenarios.
Maintenance
We pride ourselves on paying as much or more attention to our customers after installation as we do during an installation. We know that a smoother operation of our applications is more important than a smooth install. We are available therefore to provide ongoing product training, code changes and general support.
